The e-card is way for City of Los Angeles residents to get a library card and start borrowing instantly.
- The e-card is for residents of the City of Los Angeles only.
- You'll receive verification instructions via mail – you must verify your address or your e-card will expire.
- If you already have a library card or a Student Success Card, you don't need an e-card.
- If you have a library card or Student Success Card, but can't remember your card number, contact us for help.
