About the Library Card for Homebound Patrons

Homebound library patrons residing within the County of Los Angeles may choose a friend or neighbor to pick up and return library materials.

The Library Card for the Homebound is valid for three years from the date issued. Cards are mailed to homebound applicants residing within the County of Los Angeles, who may have friends or neighbors borrow materials from the library on their behalf.
