Sourdough Starter Pancakes and Butter

About the Event

Join Certified Food Preservation Instructor Brie Wakeland Muszynski for a hands-on presentation on how to care for sourdough starter and use it to make pancakes at home. The presentation includes tasting samples, making butter and whipping cream by hand, and a kids’ sourdough-and-butter zine. Please bring a clean pint or quart-size jar if you would like to take sourdough starter home.
