Korean Mini-Kimbap Making Class

About the Event

Discover the art of making Korean mini-kimbap, bite-sized seaweed rice rolls filled with fresh vegetables and savory ingredients. These colorful and nutritious rolls are a popular Korean snack, often enjoyed with a flavorful dipping sauce, and are perfect for picnics, party appetizers, or a light meal. In this class, you’ll learn to prepare and roll your own mini-kimbap. All ingredients will be provided by the instructor. The program is suitable for children (age 6+), teens, and adults.
This program was made possible with the generous support of the Library Foundation of Los Angeles.
