Join us for a relaxing adult coloring session!

Make your own ofrenda in preparation for the Day of the Dead. Bring photos, print your own designs to decorate your own altar. All supplies will be included. Ages 11- 18 only.

Our STAR volunteers read to children one-on-one or in small groups. No sign-up is required. Take home a free book to keep after attending three STAR storytimes at our branch.

Attendees will leave with an in-depth understanding of composting concepts and terminology, enabling them to meaningfully engage in this eco-movement.

Bring your crochet, knitting, embroidery, or hand-stitching projects to the library and enjoy a relaxing hour crafting and chatting with other needle-art fans. Limited supplies are available for practicing and learning.

Join by for haunted Halloween coloring of pumpkins, goblins, witches and various "Dia de los Muertos" coloring sheets to lift your 'spirits"! All art supplies are provided.

Join us for an afternoon of Halloween-themed activities, games, and crafts!

Come to the Pico Union Branch Library and paint some miniatures! Painting can be therapeutic and meditative. We provide brushes, paint, and even miniatures that you can keep!

In honor of Day of the Dead, children and their families are invited to paint and decorate wooden sugar skull ornaments.
