Family Film: Flying Paper (2014)
About the Event
Flying Paper (2014, NR) is the uplifting story of Palestinian children in Gaza on a quest to shatter the Guinness World Record for most kites ever flown. Kids, teens, and their caregivers are invited to watch the film with us and take home a paper kite kit in honor of Read Palestine Week.
The film is mostly in Arabic with English subtitles. Recommended for ages 10+.
Sensory Forecast: The Community Room lights will be dimmed, and the film volume will be set to medium. Flexible seating will be provided. Drop in and out as needed.
