Join us and learn how to make this delicious dish, then surprise your family and friends with this new addition to your menu. Vietnamese Spring Rolls are scrumptious and a healthy choice. They are served cold (not fried), filled with fresh, crunchy vegetables, herbs, and rice noodles, and wrapped in rice paper with a tangy-sweet dipping sauce. They are perfect year-round appetizers for all occasions. Emmy, our presenter, will bring all the ingredients. No knives are involved and recommended for ages 12+. The workshop will take place in the 1st-floor meeting room
