Community Outreach Request

Request the Library's Community Outreach Team to Attend an Event

The Community Outreach Team welcomes the opportunity to bring library services and resources to the community through direct engagement and collaborative partnerships. Please read the following guidelines before you submit the form. Requests must be received at least four weeks before the event.

• We provide services within the limits of the City of Los Angeles.
• We prioritize outreach to underserved communities and groups with barriers to access.
• We participate in events that support the Library's mission.
• We prioritize events with free admission that are open to the general public.

Expect a response to your request within three business days.

For school visits, please use our School Visit Request Form. Our librarians are happy to connect with you and your students for library instruction, career day visits, book talks, storytimes, and more.
