About the Event

Join Certified Food Preservation Instructor Brie Wakeland Muszynski for a presentation on how to safely preserve vegetables using the lacto-fermentation method. The presentation includes tasting samples and a lacto-fermentation zine. Brie is a Certified Food Preservation Instructor and Waldorf Handwork Educator. She has been specializing in creative outdoor and culinary education since 2015.
