About the Event
Sheree Hardy from the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health will deliver an informative presentation on the grief process. You will learn about the symptoms of grief and what to expect as you navigate this journey. Discover ways to enhance your coping skills when dealing with loss and how to move forward.
